Online check-in

Online check-in opens 23 hours before departure and is available up to 4 hours before departure. All you need is your booking code, which you can find on your booking confirmation. You can then print out your boarding pass or download it to your smartphone.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note that online check-in for flights from Beirut is currently not possible due to the new entry regulations for Switzerland. We recommend planning enough time for check-in at the airport and traveling to the airport early.

Check-in at the airport

Our check-in counter at Zurich Airport is located in Check-In 2, row 5 .

For all other destinations, please see the information boards of the respective airport on the day of your departure.

We open our counters two hours before and close them 45 minutes before the scheduled departure of your aircraft. Unfortunately, boarding passes cannot be issued after this time.

In order to receive your boarding pass, we ask you to show the following documents at the check-in counter:

• Booking confirmation

• valid identity card or passport

• Any travel documents required for international flights

• other required documents such as medical certificates or animal passports as well as vaccination and health certificates for animals carried

ATTENTION: Passengers flying from Beirut to Zurich are asked to be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure.
