Travel preparations and current entry regulations
The safety and well-being of passengers and crews come first. We fully implement the hygiene measures and service concepts of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). Our entire fleet is equipped with special “HEPA” air filters as standard.
Since the minimum distances in the cabin cannot always be observed, all passengers aged six and over as well as all crew members are obliged to wear a protective mask for the entire duration of the flight. In addition, the interaction between crew and passengers during the flight is kept to a minimum.
Stay At Home if you are ill
Only start your journey when you feel healthy. Stay at home with symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell.

Plan more time
Please be at the airport at least 2 hours before departure if possible, especially if you are checking in luggage.
